PARENT/TODDLER SWIM LESSONS (1 & 2 year olds)
PARENT/PRESCHOOL SWIM LESSONS (3 & 4 year olds)
Parent/Guardians are in the water with the child. This is an instructor led class, intended to help young children become comfortable and safe in and around water. Techniques to help orient their children to the water and to supervise water activities in a safe manner. These classes involve both parent and child in the water. Parent and child will focus on floating and basic skills.

YMCA SWIM LESSONS
The Albert Lea Family Y curriculum offers different skill levels.
This curriculum emphasizes stroke mechanics, water games, personal safety, rescue skills and stamina. Please see the Y swim lessons flyer to see how the Y levels compare to Red Cross levels and to find out which level best suits your swimmer. Registration begins two weeks before the first lesson of each session. Levels with fewer than 2 swimmers may be moved to the next session or combined with a group one level above or below.

• Guppy (Level 3)
• Minnow (Level 4)
PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS (Youth & Adult)
Work at your own pace with an instructor. Learn to swim or perfect certain strokes. Schedule your classes around your schedule. Contact the YMCA for scheduling information. Participants must fill out private lesson registration form.
Six, ½ Hour Lessons
Member: $75 Non-Member: $95
(Members, additional $32 for 2nd family member if at same time.)
(Non-members, additional $52 for 2nd family member if at same time.)
Individual sessions: Member: $15 Non-Member: $20
