Orientations

Whether you’re new to working out, new to our facility or a long time fitness pro, a Y staff member can walk you through the proper way to use the equipment in our SMB room (where all the cardio and weight machines are located). Not only do we talk about equipment, we can educate you on the standard exercise recommendations and help you get started with a routine. We can answer questions such as: How often should I do cardio and strength training? How many minutes should I exercise? How much weight should I be lifting? How many reps should I do? To schedule an orientation contact Susie or the front desk! Orientations are free to members!
